The parish is led by the rector, assisted by a clergy staff and supported by an eighteen member lay staff which includes the Parish Administrator, Organist/Choirmaster, Director of Youth Ministries, Director of Christian Formation, Director of Finance, Director of Communications, Director of Buildings and Grounds (with a maintenance staff of four), Pastoral Care Coordinator, Lay Ministries Coordinator, Parish Secretary, Bookstore Manager, finance secretary/bookkeeper, one staff assistant and receptionist. A sacristan, hospitality coordinator, nursery coordinator and librarian/historian complete the staff, serving part-time.
