The church and its associated properties comprise a multifaceted campus incorporating the church, day school with extended day care program, early learning center with church nursery, Christian formation building, library, bookstore and archives center, pastoral care center and youth center.

A major church renovation completed in 1992 adopted the cruciform design creating the transepts and central altar surrounded by a communion rail on three sides, a new Wicks 44-rank organ and increased seating to 400. Adjoining the church is Leatherbury Hall, the primary site for parish functions and social gatherings. Two floors of parish administration offices are located in the same building, behind the main hall. Adjacent to the south transept is the chapel which seats fifty. The St. Mark’s bookstore was recently renovated to expand its capacity and fulfill its new role as the designated bookstore serving the Diocese of Florida. Grace House, renovated in 1997, was established as a pastoral care, hospitality and resource center. Hope House, purchased and renovated in 1998, provides spaces for children's Sunday school classes, breakfast clubs and serves the parish, school and community by providing spaces for classes and meetings.

St. Mark’s Episcopal Day School is situated across the street from the church on 4 ½ acres. Construction completed in 1997 added more classrooms, new computer and science labs, a new early learning center and dedicated church nursery, and growth continues to meet the needs of increasing demands. In January 2000, a single dwelling home adjacent to the school campus was purchased to provide much needed classroom space and to expand the extended day program.

All grounds and buildings are under the stewardship of St. Mark’s Church. Any future renovations or improvements will continue to meet the current and future needs of St. Mark’s parishioners and the community.
