St. Mark's Healing & Reconciliation Ministry
Meets every second Tuesday of the month from 6 to 7 p.m. in Grace House.
Leaders include Anne Auchter, Convener; and Elizabeth Crosby, Treasurer.
Our mission is to provide the ministry of healing within our church, and beyond into the larger community. We want to see God’s will fulfilled for the restoration of wholeness in all aspects of His creation, particularly the health of the total person, body, mind, soul and spirit. High on our wish list for the future is a dedicated healing and wellness center in a building on the St. Mark’s campus.
Our chapter of The Order of St. Luke the Physician is one of the many ways healing is embraced and offered at St. Mark’s. Additional healing ministries include Intercessory Prayer, Noonday Prayer, Extended Prayer and a Wednesday evening Holy Eucharist and Healing Service in the Chapel. Eucharistic visitors, hospital visitors, pastoral assistants, and our Health Resources Team also enhance the ministry of healing, wellness, and reconciliation at St. Mark’s.
