Worship Commission

Dudley Grace, Commission Head

The mission of the Worship Commission is to serve the laity and clergy of our Parish by enriching the worship experience to the glory of God. The Commission includes the ministries listed below.

Altar Guild members prepare the sanctuary for all regular and special church services, baptisms, weddings and funerals.

Chapel Altar Guild members prepare the chapel for the services held there, including some small weddings and funerals.

Ushers, which include adults and youth, serve at all worship services.

Acolytes are trained to serve at all Sunday and feast day services, weddings and funerals.

Lectors are trained and prepared to read the lessons at all services.

Chalice Administrators, licensed by the Diocese, serve at all services.

Verger Guild assist the ordering and conduct of the Church's liturgy on Sunday morning and Holy Days.

Children’s Chapel is held every Sunday morning in the Chapel during the 8:45 and 11 a.m. services. Children rejoin their families in the church for Eucharist.
