"The God Who Seeks the Lost"

Sep 14, 2025    Rev. Charlie Holt

In this sermon from Luke 15:1–10, Rev. Charlie Holt calls us to see people through God’s eyes and resist the temptation to write others off. While the Pharisees labeled tax collectors and sinners as lost causes, Jesus welcomed them—and even the Pharisees themselves—into His presence. Through stories of social media conflict, the hymn Amazing Grace, and the parables of the lost sheep and the lost coin, Rev. Holt reminds us that every person matters to God. With passion and clarity, he challenges us to desire the lost, value the one, and delight in the return of sinners to God’s grace.
